We also had an excellent talk on crown lengthening- technique, indications and contraindications by Dr Vijay Tumuluri, a specialist periodontist with branches in Parramatta, Sydney city and Gosford. Dr Tumuluri was also a past president of the Australian Society of Periodontology. Both these lectures were very well received by the attending dentists and dental auxiliaries. I shared my insights on impacted and transposed teeth, pros and cons of maintaining vrs correcting a transposition, and why a CBCT is necessary for correct diagnosis and the importance of early referral to an orthodontist for management. The slides for my talk would be posted on this website and is available for free for dentists and dental auxiliaries. Register to access this content for free here.
